On Thursday's Backchat, we will learn about what the SAR is doing to further enhance its status as a green maritime hub. Just recently, Hong Kong successfully completed its largest single liquefied natural gas, or LNG bunkering operation and marked a significant milestone with the first-ever ship-to-ship LNG refuelling alongside simultaneous cargo handling. What does this achievement mean for Hong Kong? We'll find out.
After the break, we'll switch gears and speak to a representative from a major accounting firm to find out how we can further improve the MPF system to boost retirement protection for people in Hong Kong.
And finally, we turn to football. More than 40,000 fans packed Kai Tak Stadium on Tuesday night to see Hong Kong, China clinch a 1-nil victory over India in a historic first home game at the new venue. We'll speak to a lawmaker about the incredible atmosphere, and whether the SAR can further capitalise on this football craze.
As always, we want to know your thoughts. You can call us anytime at 2338-8266, WhatsApp 6899-8518, email backchat@rthk.hk or comment on our Facebook page.
