This Highlight Show will showcase the most exciting moments from the very first European Running Championships, which included top runners around the globe joined by 28,000 non-elite runners across the programme. This episode features the performances of 10km and half marathon events, which set off from Leuven and crossed the city and wider surrounding.

His philosophy as a teacher is "walking alongside students." He introduces various learning experiences to students, helping them think out of the box and explore the infinite possibilities of science. In his class, Mr Wong often asks students questions, with the goal of encouraging them to "speak up", increasing their engagement. During lab sessions, Mr. Wong likes to mix students of different abilities in a group to foster interaction and mutual assistance, ensuring that every student can keep up with the progress. Each of Mr. Wong's students has a "Chemistry Bible." Students will tell us how they customize their personal bibles, and Mr. Wong shares how he creates "virtual classroom videos." Students participated in the Odyssey of the Mind that combines scientific creation with performance. It turns out that science can be a lot of fun. The program also interviews two of Mr. Wong's former students, who share how chemistry has changed their lives. They will also reminisce about the past and tell stories – a teacher personally delivered exam papers to students by car during the pandemic, and he also took mock exams with the students, answered students’ chemistry questions late into the night …. What drives this teacher to persistently "walk alongside" his students?

In addition to the Yungang Grottoes, Datong City has many other attractions, such as Shanhu Temple and Southeast Village. Shanhu Temple is one of the first national key cultural relic protection units. Inside, there is a Liao dynasty wooden structure and three Jin dynasty wooden buildings. They decide to take another stylish journey together and travel to Japan, first going to Nara to visit Tang dynasty architecture, specifically Todai-ji Temple. They will then seek out various local cultural experiences, such as a tea ceremony workshop and an ink-making workshop, both of which have an inseparable connection to Chinese culture.

Hong Kong is one of the cities with the highest living costs in the world. Research shows that low-income families spend about 30% of their monthly income on food expenses. When faced with sudden financial hardship and unable to afford daily meals, people can seek help through food assistance programs. Since 2009, the Social Welfare Department has been funding NGOs to provide short-term food assistance service, offering food to individuals or families struggling with daily food expenses. Additionally, food banks run by social welfare organizations help support the grassroots in times of need. How do these programs function? Are they sufficient in assisting those at the grassroots level?

The annual International Travel Expo will be held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre from June 12th to 15th. The first three days are for the industry, while the afternoon of the 13th and the 14th and 15th are for the public. The travel information and discounts could be explored from all over the world. "The Great Unity - Civilisation of the Qin and Han Dynasties in Shaanxi Province” exhibition is running from now until 7th July at the Hong Kong Museum of History. Highlight is three different terracotta warriors of Emperor Qin Shihuang, which are grade-one national treasures and are displayed in Hong Kong for the first time. The exhibition displays a total of more than 130 sets of precious cultural relics, including 11 grade-one national treasures, four of which are being exhibited outside the Mainland for the first time, introducing the development of politics, economy, culture, technology and Sino-foreign transportation during the Qin and Han dynasties. Admission is free.

To keep up with trends, fashion brands launch new designs every season, allowing consumers to purchase stylish clothing at low prices and with quick turnaround. According to the Monitoring of Solid Waste in Hong Kong 2022, 388 tonnes of old clothing and textiles are discarded in local landfills every day, equivalent to 2.7 million T-shirts. However, growing awareness of the environmental damage caused by the fashion industry has sparked efforts to change the "fast fashion" culture. Jasmine Leung, a local fashion designer, has founded a sustainable fashion brand that uses natural, biodegradable fabrics. Her designs incorporate materials made from fibres derived from roses, oranges, bananas, and other natural sources, creating clothing that is both stylish and eco-friendly. Beyond sustainable design, the roles of consumers and producers are equally crucial. In Mong Kok, Tiffany Wong has opened a second-hand fashion store to challenge stereotypes about pre-owned clothing. Meanwhile, the non-profit organization Redress collects and sorts old clothes, providing alternative uses for discarded garments. Additionally, a local textile factory has begun recycling old school uniforms, using advanced technology to break down fabrics into fibres, which are then rewoven into yarn to produce new textiles, giving old clothing a second life.
